Sometimes TikTok’s Audience Controls / Restricted Mode prevents us from viewing your content, so your submission may not be updated correctly.

• TikTok → Settings & Privacy → Audience Controls

If OFF → Move to Step 2

If ON → See “Restriction is ON” section below.

• Restriction is ON

Step 2) Restriction is OFF

If you’ve already submitted your content, no further action is required.

Reminder emails may still appear temporarily while our manual review or system update is in progress. This does not affect your participation status.
